I'm Shedding Threads

I'm noticing tiny shreds of thread in places I never thought possible. One inch, sometimes even two inch strands of Rye Beige, Savannah Gold, and Anthracite Gray have found homes in places such as my hair, hoodie pockets, and once even between my toes.

Yesterday I took a break from stitching to vacuum. Meaning: to vacuum these tiny pieces that are slowly starting to take over our house. Our choices of decor colors are becoming confused with pieces of Antique Silver, Gingerbread Brown, and something called "Ecrut" draped over everything. It bugs me almost as much as the dog hair (which isn't bad, but I still like vacuuming it up when I find it.)

I didn't finish the inside of the hoop today. I was in Philly all day and then it was my turn to cook dinner. I made Chicken Curry and it was delicious, but it didn't leave a lot of time to stitch!

I know I keep saying this, but tomorrow will be the day.

  2. I put all my little threads in an empty jelly jar. It's nearly full and I only started doing it last year. Good luck with your project! I hope you get it done in time. I'll keep checking your progress.
